We believe in marginalized communities and invest in enhancing their ability to define their own problems and to design appropriate local solutions to address them. We believe that Africans have been left out and behind because they think it is others who will do things for them. Our focus is therefore on motivating and empowering women, young people, and persons with disabilities to take charge and responsibility for their own development.
