Founded in 2020 by Hassan Waddimba, GSA envisions an inclusive, sustainable, and prosperous Africa for all generations.

GSA aims to remove barriers that hinder marginalised persons and groups from participating in development processes.

We are made up of cause-based staff and volunteers striving to preserve, empower, and sustain Africa.

We believe in marginalised communities and invest in enhancing their ability to define their own problems and to design appropriate local solutions to address them.

In the Spotlight

Meet Sharon

As a Voice Fellow, Sharon works with an assigned mentor to develop an advanced understanding of the effectiveness of ‘strategies and interventions to end gender-based violence in Uganda’. The Voice Fellowship is an innovative, cross-cultural, six-months program that seeks to provide mentorship and networking opportunities for emerging leaders to play an active role in addressing community challenges.
